Worldwide Carbon Fiber Shortage – Order Finally Received

Many of you have been waiting for several weeks, even months for delivery of their FlakJacket. Because of the shortage of Carbon Fiber material in the worldwide market, our production process was brought to a stand still. Literally. However, we have finally received enough carbon fiber to produce over 1,000 FlakJacket’s for the iPhone. We have tested the new carbon fiber, as every batch has some variables and have certified the current material to begin production.

Fortunately, we will begin shipping product in the next 7 days with product going out in the order in which each order was received and processed. Again, we will be shipping at no cost to those who have been waiting.

Again, should any customer desire to receive a refund, simply send us an email and make your request. We will refund your payment within 24 hours or your request.

As you may or may not have figured out by now, we are a new company specializing in the design, testing, and production of carbon fiber protective cases–our flagship product being the FlakJacket for Apple’s iPhone and iPod products. As many of you have already realized, we started shipping FlakJacket’s for the iPhone several weeks ago but soon discovered that design interfered with reception of the AT&T network. We did a complete redesign, and are now waiting for our new coating to be approved and delivered so that we can deliver to you our new design. We appreciate you patience and know that many of you have waited many weeks, and some months, for delivery. We promise it will be worth the wait.
